COPE Ltd | COPE Shetland Soap Company, Shetland Home Company & Shetland Garden Company will be closed from Saturday 23rd December and reopen on Thursday 4th January 2024 |
Ability Shetland | Ability Shetland will be closing at 12pm on Friday 22nd December and then they will be in again on Friday the 29th December from 9am to 4pm. They will then be closed again from Friday 29th at 4pm until Thursday 4th January 9am. They are having a Drop in Session on 29th December for our participants to attend with their families / carers. CAB | Shetland Citizens Advice Bureau will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays from the 20th December 2023, and will re- open on Monday 8th January 2024. Self-help information on a wide range of topics is always available on our website at www.shetlandcab.org.uk. If you are struggling, and urgently require fuel vouchers, and food parcels, please call the SIC’s Cost of Living Helpline which is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm on 0800 030 8780. Thank you. |

Samaritans | Samaritans Freephone 116 123 is open around the clock throughout the Christmas and New Year season for anyone who needs to talk. Samaritans can also be contacted by email on [email protected] – (however it can take several days to get an email reply) Shetland Samaritan volunteers continue to provide their part of the phone line service at this time of year |
