Please note: Both you and the organisation(s) with whom you volunteer, need to be registered for Saltire Awards. You can register with us at Voluntary Action Shetland directly through the forms below. Volunteers need to fill in Form A to register. If you are an organisation please fill in Form C.

You can choose between filling in an online form (blue text below) or downloading a standard word/pdf file for printing (green buttons on bottom of page). Please note that word/pdf forms have to be manually handed in to us either via email or posting them to Market House.
